Insurance
I am an independent practitioner and am not part of a group practice or any insurance network.
This allows you to have more choice in who you see and for how long without having to worry about prior authorization or insurance approval. You are also ensured full privacy since I am not obligated to provide your insurance company with confidential information regarding your mental health, diagnosis, or other protected health information.
Of course, you may choose to file for out-of-network reimbursement with your insurance provider. If you choose this option, I will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit directly. Typically you will have a deductible you'll need to meet prior to any reimbursement for out-of-network services being provided. Please contact your insurance provider for your benefit details.
Fees
My standard rate is $150 for a 55 minute session.
I do have limited sliding-fee availability. Please call me to discuss your situation.
Payment is expected at the time of service. I accept debit or credit card payments via the HIPAA-secure Ivy app.
For all appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24-hour notice the full billing rate will apply.
